So I had this really cute shot of Rascal, a 1-year-old neutered male domestic shorthair that is available for adoption at the Tracy Animal Shelter.
Then I had this slightly psychotic look from the same cat a few minutes later.
Maybe he is mad about being neutered. Go figure.
