While it may look like this tree is nearing the top of one of Tracy's famous water towers it is just the persepective and angle of the photo. Shooting with a wide-angle lens and getting as close as I could created a unique perspective to the two elements of the photo. The white flowers also frame the tank nicely against the sky.
