So we talking around the newsroom today and we thought, "Hey let's have a an ugly dog contest!" What a great idea, as we get submissions we can post them on the blog and whosoever dog wins receives the title of Tracy's ugliest dog and a paper bag to put over his head. We will start off with this guy, named Mickey, he does look more like a rat than a mouse though.
