I normally don't really like shooting concert photos. It is noisy, there's a crowd and I usually end up standing in some one's way.

I shot the Johnny Cash tribute band at Music in the Park concert series last night and overall it wasn't too bad. The music was good, the weather cooperated and I managed not too spend too much time there.

It is pretty easy to shoot performers on stage, use a long lens and watch your backgrounds and most anything looks good.

Only I can think of if the singer really wanted to look Johnny Cash he should have flipped the bird at me just once. That would have a been a great photo.
