Road trip!
Mark your calenders for an upcoming event. A total solar eclipse will sweep across the United States from the Pacific Northwest down to the southern east coast. At the centerline of the eclipse the path of darkness will be just over 70 miles wide and last almost 2 minutes. The eclipse touches the coast of Oregon at about 5:17 pm on August 21st. Only problem is we have to wait 7 years as the eclipse occurs in 2017. I am already planning my road trip!
